Step 1: HOW TO DEFROST
⊛ For best results, we suggest you that you defrost your meal about half a day before you want to eat it by putting it into the fridge: before going to bed if it's for lunch, in the morning if it's for dinner. This way your food can defrost slowly and hygienically and will be ready to reheat at the perfect time.
⊛ If you’re in a hurry, just get the package from the freezer and hold it under warm water for a few minutes until partially thawed, then heat it for a little bit longer than usual.

NB! by leaving it in the fridge you also maintain full flexibility: if you change your mind about eating it, you can make the defrosted meal wait another 3 days in the fridge. But it will become veeery sad if you let it wait for too long...

Step 2: HOW TO HEAT
Please ALWAYS discard the foil wrap before reheating the content.
All dishes can be reheated in a pot or pan or in the microwave, some also work well in the oven. It will just take you about 5 minutes!
If there’s a creamy or fluid component, it’s often recommended to add a few tablespoons of water to help loosen it up.
We always try to make it as simple as possible, but we know that cooking can sometimes be more puzzling than it seems! If you're unsure about something, please write us and we'll be happy to help.
